JUNE-9-2017 – Korea-US Networking Reception Mr. Ban Tran and Ms. Aurora Aquino was invited to attend the Korea-US Networking Reception, hosted by the Korean International Trade Association (KITA) at the Lotte New York Palace. KITA is the largest business organization in Korea, with over 70,000 member firms. The purpose of the event is to bring together business organizations from the US and Korea to promote better trade relations and business collaborations. Mr. In-Ho Kim, Chairman of KITA, gave a warm welcome remark and everyone had a good time networking together.

JUNE-4-5-6-2017 – Marcus Evans Private Wealth Summit – Orlando, FL Mr. Ban Tran was invited to participate at the Marcus Evans Private Wealth Summit in Orlando, FL as a delegate. Marcus Evans conferences bring together business entrepreneurs, project sponsors and investment funds looking to raise capital and match them up with delegates, which include family offices, principal of private holding companies, strategic investors and private equity fund managers. Trans International was there as a strategic investor, representing our conglomerate partners to source for projects and technologies where we can strategically invest and add value to expand our business portfolio.

MAY-29-30-31-2017 – USC/Dominican Republic Seaport Expansion Discussion Mr. Ban Tran, CEO of Trans International and Mr. Guillermo Molina, SVP of Trans International, Latin America Division, brought Mr. Nick Vyas, Executive Director of University of Southern California (USC) Global Supply Chain Management Center, to the Dominican Republic (DR) to meet with the Ministry of Port Authority to discuss plans for the expansion of Dominican Republic’s seaports as well as the integration of the country’s inland infrastructures network.

May-12-2017 – Passione by Uberto Gucci Mr. Ban Tran was invited by Ms. Tatjana Labato, Partner & COO of Uberto Gucci Family Office, to attend the launch of their Champagne line (“Passione” by Uberto Gucci) at Casa Belvedere, The Italian Cultural Center, in Staten Island, NY. Mr. Tran also brought many other guests to the party to show support to Ms. Tatjana Labato and Mr. Uberto Gucci. Mr. Tran’s guests included a member of the United Nations and business entrepreneurs from the Luxury Fashion, Designs and Entertainment industries.
