About Mr. Sonny

Mr. Sonny Wang is a business executive and financial manager with 5 years of formal investment banking with Tryant, LLC, a boutique investment bank with specializations in reverse-mergers and private investment in public equity financing related services. He is experienced with business advisory services in the areas of financing, business development, and cross-border mergers & acquisition with United States and China; in sectors including energy, technology, real estate, entertainment, consumer goods and health care.

Prior to working as a financial professional, Sonny owned and operated couple enterprises, Academy of Physique Design Fitness Co. and Santa Barbara Fitness Magazine. He previously also held management positions with LA Fitness International, Inc. ($1.5 Billion Enterprise) and completed multiple consolidation for its expansion. In addition, Sonny had also managed Copeland Sporting Goods and advised for Max Muscle Sports Nutrition Franchise.

Beside English, Mr. Wang is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and studied at University of California Santa Barbara, where he received his bachelor degree in Political Science with the emphasis on International Relations. In addition, he continued with additional studies in the financial and management areas through Wharton Business School's Management Series, Columbia University Financial Engineering, and University of California Los Angeles Extension of Mergers and Acquisitions Program.
